He might not be able to tell the latter at a touch, but hopefully the car was built enough like the iconic car of his memories that he knew what it was meant to be.
"I've got a very attractive man running his fingers over a very expensive toy, you'll have to forgive me if the majority of my focus is elsewhere," she added in a tone he knew quite well.
Time to discover what pulled his focus more: the promise in her voice, or the promise of a mystery.
